For over 30 years I have been sharing my milk chocolate almond toffee with friends and family during the holidays. With their encouragement, and with more time in retirement, I have decided to share it with all lovers of sweets. My logo, Avenue Louise, depicts a Belgian street sign, a salute to my childhood. As a young child I lived in Brussels, Belgium and our family would often walk along Avenue Louise, a beautiful boulevard a few blocks from our home. It was there that I first experienced European pastries and chocolates. 

I want to share with you the fine quality and flavors of Belgian chocolate which I include in many of my small-batch confections. Please enjoy!
